Laurie Boschman Speaking at Hockey Day In Saskatchewan

Former Winnipeg Jet ,Laurie Boschman, is scheduled to be the guest speaker on Sunday in Waldheim during the Hockey Day in Saskatchewan festivities.

Waldheim, the host community located north of Saskatoon on Highway 12, has numerous events planned throughout the weekend.

Boschman, who played for five NHL clubs and spent seven seasons with the Winnipeg Jets, is to speak during a church service on Sunday at Salem Church.

Boys and girls hockey games and tournaments at various levels are also on the agenda.

Various minor-league tournaments and activities are scheduled in more than 70 communities across the province.
