To be honest I’m not really surprised the Jets weren’t able to score against the Lightning last night. As they were putting 9 on the Flyers, I thought to myself “we should save a few of these for the next game”.
That’s the way hockey works sometimes. Some nights it goes in and other nights it doesn’t. The important take away is that the Jets did play well, they just got a little unlucky in the end. I was hoping that the Jets offensive explosion from the other night would continue. But, deep down I knew we were in for a rough one last night.
