Great game by the boys last night! They still need to find a way to score more than 2 goals a game though. I thought that they came out flying and played with a pace that hasn’t been seen for a while. I will give credit where credit is due, Chris Thorburn had a fantastic game. He got his 2nd goal of the season and was all over the place last night. Another Kane hit piece. Jets need to find a way to score. Kane played concussed and Winnipeg could host the next Heritage Classic. These and other stories in today’s links.

I really want to know what Kane did to Lawless? What is Gary’s problem with him? This is yet another piece that brings up rumors that if they were true there’d be more evidence then a few posts on Twitter and Facebook. Every time you print a rumor it gives it more credence.  [Winnipeg Free Press]

Good things happen when you put pucks on the net and Little proved that with his game winning goal last night. [Winnipeg Free Press]

While the win was nice the Jets still need to figure out a way to score more goals. [Winnipeg Sun]

Kane played concussed. The player and the team need to be both held responsable for this. I think the NHL should mandate weekly baseline testing for all players. This way anyone who fails is pulled and tested. [Winnipeg Sun]

Turns out that Kane’s weak play of late may be attributed to a brain injury. [Winnipeg Sun]

The Jets keep the pace with a much needed win. [Winnipeg Sun]

Winnipeg WILL get the next heritage classic. If they don’t then the NHL’s marketing team is dumber than we thought. [Winnipeg Free Press]
