A win on Friday and the Jets will be within 2pts of Washington. If they play half as good as they did last night it shouldn’t be much of a problem. The Jets looked great as they trounced a Dallas team that had been one of the hottests in the NHL. They got scoring from 5 different players and all of the lines were able to contribute which is huge. Portage & Hargrave where streaks die. Ladd leads the way. Fehr’s big game and Glass loses a glove. These and other stories in today’s links.

If you have a winning streak in the nHL the last place you want to play is the MTS Centre. Once again the jets stop the so called hottest team in the NHL. The Stars hadn’t lost in regulation since Feb 19th. [Winnipeg Sun]

Andrew Ladd leads the way. A great game by the captain. [Winnipeg Sun]

Did I call it or what? Eric Fehr has a big game. Now all you Thorburn lovers out there you have to ask yourself this question and answer honestly. Would Thorburn have scored that goal? [Winnipeg Sun]

Burish tosses Glass’ glove in the stands. Dick move but kinda funny. [NBC]

Now that dallas has been dispatched all eyes turn to Friday’s season deciding game against the Caps. [TSN]
