April 28th/1996 the Detroit Red Wings would defeat the Jets 4-1 to move on to the second round of the playoffs and eliminate the Jets from both the Playoffs, and the NHL. The City of Winnipeg has not recovered & will never be the same until the Jets Fly again…….That Day will come…..
